Master of sous-vide and low-temperature hotplate cooking, skilled in the preparation of fish dishes as well as vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, our chef works in perfect synergy with the maitre who is an expert in flambé cuisine as well as in wine, which is expertly matched to our dishes.

Consideration is also given to the younger customers for whom monthly menus are created, as well as culinary suggestions that are less demanding on the wallet and made are based around one seasonal product.
